Return & Refund Policy

At Ds4kids Shop, we want every purchase to bring joy to you and your little ones. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions.

Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at dasilvarecord@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost to you.

How to Return an Item
To return an item, contact us at dasilvarecord@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Follow the instructions we provide for sending the item back.
